What is a Simple Electronic Signature and what is it used for?

A simple electronic signature is a digital equivalent of a handwritten signature that verifies the identity of the person signing the document. This type of signature provides a quick and easy way to approve documents in an electronic environment. 

It is important to note that a simple electronic signature cannot be used for documents that require stricter legal forms, such as notarised signatures or documents that need to be signed in front of a notary.

To sign a digital document, please follow the steps below:

  1. You will receive an e-mail notification to your registered e-mail address to sign documents.
  2. Open the link from the received e-mail.
  3. Review the documents, enter the code that you will receive via SMS to your registered phone number, and confirm.
