How can we help you?

My account was blocked. What should I do?

As a regulated financial institution, we need to protect all of our users and at the same time comply with strict rules and regulations. If your iCard for Business account is blocked, it usually means that we require additional information, or need to conduct important security checks.

Your account may be restricted due to one of the following reasons:

  • You haven’t paid the monthly service fee for your business account;
  • We need to perform additional checks related to your recent transactions;
  • We have detected unusual activity;
  • The ID documents of the directors/shareholders/controlling persons have expired and you need to upload a copy of the renewed documents;
  • We received information that the company’s ownership or director/controlling person had been changed and we requested additional information;
  • We have a reason to suspect a violation of the Legal Agreement for iCard for Business.

In such cases, you may be asked to provide more information and/or documents for some of your transactions or provide details about your recent activity.

If your iCard for Business account is blocked, we will send more information to the registered e-mail of the company’s representative.

Keep in mind that each case takes a different time to be reviewed by our team. We strive to check all the information as soon as possible, but we cannot provide you with an exact timeframe.

If the reason why your iCard for Business account has been blocked is unclear, please contact us at support@icard.com
