How to close my account?

Please note that if iCard for Business does not meet your expectations fully, you can always share your feedback with us and we will do our best to help in any way we can.

However, if you still wish to close your business account, you can do it at any time. Simply send a request to support@icard.com.

Please make sure that you meet the following requirements before sending us a request for closure:

  • There is no balance left in any of your accounts;
  • There are no pending transfers;
  • You do not have any open chargeback requests.
  • We cannot close an account that has a remaining balance, an account limitation, or other unresolved issues.

If you have available funds, you need to choose one of the options:

  • Spend your available balance;
  • Send us an official account statement/IBAN certificate under the company’s name in order to perform an e-money redemption according to our Terms & Conditions;
  • Send us your confirmation that we can close your account with the remaining funds.

Keep in mind that if you decide to close your iCard for Business account, all your business and expense cards will be deactivated and in case you have any pending payments, they will not be processed.

Once your request is fulfilled, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Keep in mind that as a regulated financial institution, we are required to keep some of your personal data for a certain period of time in order to comply with regulatory and anti-money laundering laws. You can find more in our Privacy Policy.
