How can we help you?

My incoming bank transfer was rejected by iCard. What should I do?

The incoming bank transfer may be declined from our side if:

  • The Beneficiary name doesn’t match the one registered in your iCard account;
  • Your iCard account has been blocked or closed;
  • It was sent from a bank in a country which is not part of our List of allowed countries;
  • The sender bank/institution is within the EU countries and your bank transfer in EUR was arranged as an international transfer (SWIFT). Please note that such transfers should be executed as SEPA credit transfers. In this case, you need to contact your bank for more details.

Keep in mind that the returned amount may not be the same as you sent in the first place, because of the fees taken for processing the transfer and its returning to the sender bank. Unfortunately, this isn’t under our control and the intermediate banks will collect fees to cover the costs.
