iCard & Eurovision 2020

iCard joined Eurovision 2020 as a partner and supporter for one of the participants – the rising star Victoria from Bulgaria. We wanted to be part of her story and share her beautiful voice and presence with as many people as possible.
We are proud that this collaboration makes it possible for Bulgaria to return to the songs competition after some time away from the big Eurovision stage. Although the 65th edition was cancelled until 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we remain next to Victoria on her road to success, heading to the grand world scene. All of this is possible because iCard and Viki share the same values: vision for a brighter future, higher achievements and love for music and creativity.
In a matter of day, Victoria’s song “Tears Getting Sober” gained huge popularity in the online space and won millions of fans. The ballad made international media outlets point out at Viki as the most probable winner of the cancelled Eurovision songs contest. The Bulgarian participant was also a leader at many bookmaker websites, even before the song’s announcement. “Tears Getting Sober” was added to the MTV channel shortly after it went live.
Victoria is so grateful for the immense international support. As a token of appreciation and with iCard’s support, she held a live online concert from her home in Sofia. The event was a unique gift to all people that stayed home. It was actually the first time that a Eurovision contender is doing something like this. The exclusive live concert was aired on the 28th of March, 2020 and the recording is now available to people around the world at Eurovision.iCard.com.
