Can I send a money request?

You can send a money request to another registered user as easily as sending an internal transfer. You just have to follow these steps:

1. Log into your iCard app.
2. Tap on 'Add' from the main navigation and choose the 'Request money' option.
3. Choose a person from your contacts list, or enter a mobile number.
4. Enter the desired amount and a reference.
5. Tap on ‘Next’, check the details, and send the request.

Money requests are valid for 30 days, so in case the other person doesn’t accept or decline it within this period, it’ll be automatically cancelled.
