Why was my transfer not successful?

There are several reasons why your outgoing transfer may be unsuccessful:

  • You’ve entered the recipient’s details incorrectly;
  • You failed to provide us with the requested documents and/or information;
  • Our team has performed the necessary checks and we weren’t able to execute your transfer.

If we are unable to send your bank transfer for any of the reasons described above, the transfer amount and collected fee will be returned to your iCard account.
