How can I identify if a received SMS is sent from iCard?

Anytime you receive an SMS from iCard, it will be sent from number 170011. The messages may include temporary verification codes or information about activated or blocked cards. When you receive an SMS you should:

  • Look for spelling or grammar mistakes;
  • Never open links sent via SMS;
  • Never fill out a form or open attachments.

We would never send you an SMS with a link asking you to fill in your login credentials or card information. If you are not sure whether a received SMS is legitimate, please contact us by sending an e-mail to support@icard.com or start a live chat.
