How can we help you?

What if my card details are compromised?

Copying payment card data using an illegal scanner, known as a skimmer, is referred to as skimming. Skimmers can be installed on ATMs or in retail stores as small readers, or even through viruses that infect card readers at checkout. If you enter your card details on a suspicious website or a fake payment page while making online payments, your card information may also be compromised.

If you receive a notification for a payment attempt with your card, cash withdrawal, SMS with a temporary code, or any other type of operation that you did not initiate and have doubts about, immediately freeze your card from the app and contact us.

In case your card is lost or stolen, freeze it immediately and contact our Customer Support team. In such situations, the card will remain blocked for security reasons until we clarify the case. To ensure maximum security of your funds, we recommend that you order a new virtual or debit card.
