Can I change my PIN code?

You can view your card’s PIN code easily at any time from the app. However, if you'd like to change it to a custom one, you can do it at any ATM that provides this service. Insert your card into the ATM and choose the option 'Change PIN' from the menu. You’ll need to enter your existing PIN and then choose the new one you’d like to use.

Here are some security tips for combinations that you should avoid:

• Simple number combinations or sequences like 1234 and 0000, or repetitive numbers such as 1122;
• Your birth year or birth day and month in any combination;
• Your personal number.
