How can I send a virtual eGiftCard?

You can surprise your friends and family with an eGiftCard in these easy steps:

1. Log into your iCard app.
2. Choose 'Wallet' from the main navigation and tap on the '+' button on iOS devices or the blue button on Android devices.
3. Choose 'GiftCard' and then the option 'Virtual'.
4. Select one of the predefined designs or tap on the photo button to upload a picture from your gallery. 
5. Choose an amount to send and add a greeting (optional).
6. Select the recipient from your contacts list or enter their mobile number.
7. Review the details and confirm by tapping 'Send'.

That’s it. Keep in mind that the recipient has to be an iCard user in order to accept the card in the app. If you send an eGiftCard to someone who’s not on iCard yet, they’ll need to create an account and verify their identity to accept it and use it for payments.

In case the recipient does not accept the eGiftCard within 30 days, the amount and the fee for sending will be returned to your account.
