I paid for an item or a service I never received. What should I do?

In case you haven’t received the purchased goods/services, we recommend contacting the merchant and requesting a refund. You also have the option to submit a chargeback request. To do so, you’ll need to get in touch with our Customer Support Team and provide all available information, including correspondence, agreements, invoices, or other supporting documents.
